Prior to requesting a consultation, you will need to add a credit card to your TeleTails account. You may also receive an email asking you to update your card if there was an error processing a transaction. To add or update your card, please access your settings by either swiping right from the main screen or selecting the three white bars in the top left corner. Next tap, Settings, then add or enter your card information. At this time, our payment processor is unable to accept CareCredit.
