How do I add other staff members to our TeleTails account?
To add additional staff members to your account, please have that person create a TeleTails provider account. This can be done either on the web portal (app.teletails.com) or from the app itself. To read more check out Account Creation here. They will then link with your practice using your practice code. This is the same code you give to clients to link as well.
Confirming Staff Accounts
When a veterinarian or technician creates an account they will request to join your practice through your practice code.
The practice manager, owner, or anyone with administrator privileges will need to confirm them in the system. You will see all requests on your home page and just need to select Accept, confirm their role, and if you have multiple locations, assign them to the correct practice.
