I'm having trouble requesting a consultation. What do I need to do?
To be able to request a consultation, you need to make sure you have
- Added your pet(s) to your profile. See more at Adding Pets to Your Account.
- Added your credit card. See more at Payment Info.
- Entered something on both the Subject and the Description line of your consultation request. See more at Consultations with your Veterinary Care Team.
Once, that info is entered, tap the blue "Request Consultation" button.
