I've entered all the info and tapped "Request Consultation". How do I know my request was received by my veterinarian?
Once you have entered selected your pet, selected your payment info, and enter a Subject and Description, the Request Consultation turns blue. You will know your consultation has gone through if your consultation description now appears as the first message in the chat-based window. Some providers will have an auto-response message appear, others will not.
Your provider, or a member of their team, will respond to you within that chat window. The time frame will depend on your specific provider. As always, if you think your pet is having an emergency, please call your veterinarian directly.
